We are bringing warm hospitable functions back in to fashion.

Remember the good old days where family and friends would dance into the wee hours of the morning, with no time restrictions because of venue closing times, or the food being small flavorless portions!

Have a real spit braai! or wood fire pizza! What about classy canapé's, delicious cheese platter and wine pairings or a glass of sangria to set the mood!

Venue Fee & Function cost breakdown

We have an all-inclusive venue hire fee, this means you don’t have to worry about loaded prices to pay per person!

Total Fee charged R30 000.00

Chapel Hire and set-up:
Includes basic set-up of any of our chairs, podium & sound system. Includes clean up and clearing after service.

Venue Hire:
Includes the use of Acord Exclusive Crockery & Cutlery Range. Tables, chairs and or benches, other in-stock décor items like candle holders, Damask Napkins, table runners and or tablecloths.

Other Items & Facilities included:

    Boma & firewood
    Standard Glassware, Champagne Glasses, Red & White wine glasses & Jugs
    Salt & pepper pots
    Bar service  - In-house Cash Bar, with a reasonable mark-up.  Ice included
    Wine/ Champaign per table, you are allowed to bring 2 bottles of wine and 1 bottle of Champaign per table of 10 people  - NO CORKAGE charge. Additional Bottles charged at @ R70 each
    Security guards at gates and parking area
    Clean-up and service staff

Deposit:
Secure your function date with an R10 000.00 Deposit

Not Included in Price

    Wedding cake
    Flowers, bouquets, & other additional non-stocked decor items
    DJ & Sound Equipment
    Pastor/minister
    Candles and other additional lighting requirements

Catering

Catering is custom designed for each individual function, 3-course meals ranging from R300 per person to more extravagant plated dinner options. We have a fully equipped kitchen, ovens and preparation area that is included in your venue hire fee.

We offer proudly South African farm style catering options.

Venue Times

You will receive access to the venue one or two days prior to your function date depending on venue booking and season.

You have the full use of facilities until 1:00 am. Farm gates will then close to all guests not staying on the property. Guests with sleeping reservations are welcome to stay up and enjoy the pool or after party until the sun come up.
